At Csrartstudio, every product is handcrafted and made to order, especially for you. As a result, our refund policy is limited due to the custom nature of our products.

 

No Refunds on Custom Orders

All of our sculptures and art pieces are custom-made, so we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and production has begun.

Please ensure all details, measurements, and customization requirements are shared clearly before placing the order.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will verify the issue and may offer:

A replacement, repair, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Note: Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made human statues

Personalized or specially sized sculptures

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

If cancellation is requested before we begin creating the item, a small processing fee may be deducted.
